seriously, people? DIRTY & INADEQUATE PRICE FOR QUALITY!!

i was so excited to go to this place after so many great reviews. i went for a lighter haircolor. i wasnt even worried bc. so many positive reviews i came and had a consultation. i was told that what i wanted to do was not possible (lift my haircolor 1-2 shades to light brown). this was bullshit bc. i lifted my color before HOME ALONE a year ago. however, this time i wanted to get it done pro. i thought it would be even better. i was advised light foils and a dark color over it. at the end of the day the hair looked interesting but totally not what i wanted. i ended up with darker color, not lighter. and paid $130 for 2step coloring process. the pedicure area where my color absorbed was dirty, and worn out. few of the pedicure machines were not working, so hairdressers were fighting over which client would be able to use them. it was ridiculous. and excuse me? i'm not saying they are a bad hair salon per se. but $130 for such interior, treatment, and PRICE & RESULTS??? no-no. never again.

I have an appointment with Brad. I called before going to the salon in the morning but they did not mentioned that he is not coming to the salon beforehand. Even when I got there they did not tell me that his assistant with do the haircut for me. Usually Brad's assistants will start the work for you so until we got to the actual haircut I was waiting to see Brad!!! Alex, his assistant, was nice but I do not like to spend more than $50.00 on a haircut done with not an expert! I was worried the whole time about how my hair will end up at the end! At least I expected to get a discount or in at least some explanation or an apology! My hair is not that bad but nothing special either! :( If you have an appointment with Brad make sure to ask specifically if he is going to be there himself or just his assistants will handle his job!

I was a little nervous because I always went to Carrisa for my facials but was told she was no longer with them and my appointment was made with Marcus. Well there was no need to be nervous, he did a wonderful job. He was professional, listened to my concerns and was fun to talk to as well. I went with the organic facial this time with the Arigato line and really enjoyed it. I have very sensitive skin and this worked well with it, and Marcus customized my facial based on my needs, he was very knowledgeable on the products and how they would work with my skin type. I purchased 2 of the products to give them a try at home, will return with a review on them. As usual, the entire staff were friendly and the atmosphere cozy..all around a great visit.

I always go to Jenny to get my hair done, and she is phenomenal! She makes you feel comfortable, her chit chat is genuine, and she is great at understanding exactly what it is I want. As for the salon, the interior is very neat and comfortable, and every time I go there is something new and interesting. Mini-facials with the haircuts, aromatherapies, drinks, etc. I got a free parafin dip once when she was running a little behind on her previous client. I go to Accolades every time and love it!

I FINALLY FOUND MY NEW STYLIST! I found my stylist was, PaDa, here on citysearch. She is everything the reviews says she is. I was very unsure and indecisive about what I wanted, but she was so patient and didn't try rush me out of her chair. She asked me questions that no other stylist ever asked me before, she listened to me and delivered! She did an amazing job on the color and cut. She even gave me many tips on how to style my hair! I will definitely be back! Thank you PaDa!
