junk buses,poor customer service

we rented a bus for a bachlorette party and the bus broke down and we sat on the side of the highway for 2 hours. Their customer service is awful. They did not return all my calls, they didn't call back when they said they would, when we did get another bus they would not take us to meet the bachlor party, then when they did reimburse me it was only for an hour of time. This company was not sympathetic at all about the situation. If they would have been a little more apologetic and easier to work with i would have rated it higher.
