Animal Emergency Care devistated my dog

I took my Lab in with a cracked toenail. They said they would take her back and look at it. They took her back and without painkillers, clipped off her nail. Imagine how painful that was! I cannot get her into the vet office now. She howls and cries if they try to pet her even! This dog is now untreatable. Imagine that I cannot get her shots, exams, nothing without tranqualizing her. This was a terrible experience.
Pet emergencies happen at all hours...

I have had the unfortunate need to use this pet hospital on several occasions. They are open at the times when all other vets are closed(and only at those times). I had to bring my dog here when she was hit by a car on a Friday evening and they saved her life. I had to bring two cats here for blocked urinary tracts and they saved them too. It was at a hefty price, but my animals were still alive when it was all done! I also witnessed many other emergencies while I was at this place and many other pets lives saved in the middle of the night or on a holiday weekend. They are caring and understanding and offer a necessary service.. The only downside other than high price was that I had to pick up my animals and bring them home or move them to our regular vets office when they closed(during regular vet hours). That was inconvenient but understandable.

The entire staff at this emergency facilty was dedicated to saving my pet when he was so ill. They were so caring and professional. I would recommend their hospital to all pet owners who need help with their pets on the weekends.
