This family owned company was a pleasure to work with. I highly recommend this company and their work. Everybody from the sales team, to the owner, to the workers were highly professional. They frequently took input and made sure we were happy with the product from initial install until completion.

We hired Artistic Fence to build some offices within our manufacturing facility. We found their staff to be punctual and forthcoming with cost saving ideas. They saved us money. We hired them based on a positive referral and would recommend them anytime.

Artistic Fence first bid out to re-floor our deck. The deck was older and the boards had many knot holes and cracked boards. The builder informed us that our deck was not built to code. The footings had not been put in concrete and the pickets were too far spaced for decks. Not only did Artistic Fence rebuild our deck they brought it entirely up to code without going over our budget. The deck looks great now and we love spending time outside! Everyone who we worked with from the sales person, to the builders, to the owner and office staff were incredibly nice and very knowledgeable. This was worth every penny and more!

I would highly recommend this company. I had a privacy fence and gate installed to the side of my house. Excellent quality materials were used and the fence came out beautifully. Every employee- from the salesperson, to the owner, to the workman were very professional and a delight to work with. They listened to my needs and responded with the utmost professionalism. I even had a change of mind while the fence was being installed and the work crew stopped and listened politely to my new idea and immediately made the changes to accommodate my new idea. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. It is a family owned company and you can tell they take pride in their work. I will definitely hire them again for any of my future landscaping needs. This was the most unprofessional company we have ever dealt with. Lowest bid, however it comes with a lot of headaches. We ordered an almond colored fence from their brochure and made sure before signing the contract with the salesgirl that it would be done before Memorial weekend. Neither happened. When they came, it was a complete different color, not even close, the company?s salesperson said colors vary in shade. We could appreciate that except the color was not the same tone of shades. After many phone calls and extremely rude behavior by the owner, we decide to accept a 10% discount to keep it. It was already getting into the summer and we could not afford to loose more time to start this process again. The owner treated us like we had created the problem through this whole thing and more than once threatened to break a signed contract and not install the fence. Then the door?s latch did not work and again after so many rude calls with the owner it was fix about two weeks after fence was installed. This company has no clue about customer service nor does anyone there care. The salesperson we dealt with lied so much it was ridiculous. Their lower price was not worth my time, a huge party cancelled over memorial weekend, and difficultly to go in and out of our backyard with ease for may days. We now have to paint an existing fence to match what was suppose to be a professional job. Many other companies out there, choose any of them over this one. One star is way too much rating for them.
