Party City is a one-stop party supply shop that would take the hassle out of party planning. We are the worlds largest party supply retailer, with over 500 stores in the United States and Puerto Rico. The first year the store was opened, Party City had the idea to sell Halloween costumes and products. It was so wildly successful, that the following year, a warehouse space at the back of the building was used to house the costumes - and so the name Halloween Costume Warehouse, because it was literally Halloween costumes housed in the warehouse! This extra 2000 square feet dedicated to Halloween would prove to be one of the cornerstones of Party Citys success over 20 years later.

The customer service here is terrible. From the people at the counter to their manager, they are rude and really should receive some basic training on how to speak to customers and how to be efficient. The first time we placed a large order for 40 balloon, when we went to pick them up, they had FORGOTTEN!!! Someone had "messed up" and misplaced the order. Then the next party we had, we called them to ask if we could pick it up sooner and they were terribly rude. They said we couldn't and they were very busy. When we called 10 minutes later they said, "We haven't started the order but we've prepped the balloons so you can't get your money back. Your constant calls are delaying us". I have never been spoken to so rudely and certainly will not be going back to this store. Even if I have to drive 6 miles to the next place.

Party America is supposed to be a fun store but maybe its just this location where its not. Very poor service when walked in. Workers were untrained, very unfriendly and unpleasant. Did not get the proper service I'd expect as I guest. I waited a long time just to get a balloon filled and was harassed by a female employee. Difficult experience, and I don't plan on going back.
