put you PHONE number on your website. I do not want to call an automated receptionist. No 800 numbers. Place your local number in Yellow Pages or on your website.

found "bill me later" e-mail requesting info .. this from citi bank of utah . never heard of bml called # for cb and is automated .. no svc dept .. if you dont have an acct # no help .. i rate this as phishing..

There is no number to call the branch. I needed to make an appointment with an officer regarding a business account. There is no listing in the phone book and no number for the branch online. Very inconvenient!!!
