David had great knowledge about the issues he was facing and tackled all of them quickly and correctly. He was able to correct all of the issues that were requested of him and more. David was also a great person to deal with. His attention to detail was greatly appreciated.

My Dell computer crashed and I needed it back up fast. I was getting the blue screen of death! I called other companies, but I didn't have a good feeling about them. When I called computer assistant they were professional, helpful, and able to get a tech out to my place the same day. The technician was extremely smart, fast, and made me feel comfortable. I'm very happy with the service I received from computer assistant and will use them again for all of my computer repair needs.

Kevin was great. I am a student taking online classes, so my computer is vital to me. I was in a panic about the problem that I was having and how it was causing me to get behind in my work. Kevin came the day after I made the call and had it fixed quickly. He explained to me what he was doing and why, which I really liked. He came prepared and was very knowledgeable and professional. I would not hesitate to have Kevin come to my house again if situation required it.
