i called diamond cab one night to run to Targret with my 2 young children.And normally i never have a issue with this cab company, i called at 7:00 pm and by7:39 i called back to check on i the status the woman said just a few more minutes i said ok.... i waited until 7:59 to call back and the man who normally answers the phone said he called me back to see if i still wanted the cab i said that i never got the call he told me that i was lyiing. he then went on to say that he could try to get me another cab and then i asked him would it be another hour.he then said not with that attitude you wouldnt never get another cab from them again.
