Honest to God, this company ne...

Honest to God, this company needs to put me on the payroll for all the time I spend on the phone with them correcting their mistakes. This month's bill was twice what it should have been. That's because they restarted our service once when I made the service adjustment (adding back the long distance and blocking collect calls), and restarted it again five days later when I called to have the voicemail reactivated (which shouldn't have been cut off in the first place). So we paid twice for our November service. I swear, they count on people not paying attention. This company absolutely sucks.

Do not ever use their service!...

Do not ever use their service!!!! They would charge you for service you never received and refuse to rectify the problem. They will not send bill or notice to you, but they surely will not hesitate to send the fraudulent info to collection agency! Here is my experience: When we were in the process of buying our current house last spring/summer time, we tried to get internet and satellite serve we contact Centurylink because they had a package deal with Direct TV. Later we found out that we couldn't have satellite due to trees around the house. We canceled the serve all together. A year after moving into the house, we got a call from a collection agency, stating we owe Centurylink money. We never received any service from the company, and we never received any bill or notice from Centurylink. We called Centurylink, and found out the "account of ours" was opened at a fraudulent address (in our old apartment complex but not the apartment we used to live in). Centurylink promised to take care the bussiness at first. However, after another month or so, we got a call from a different collection agency, stating we need to pay the bill to Centurylink. We called back to Centurylink, their manager on the phone told us they need to do some "investigation" and they would call back. Of course, nobody called back. We called again this afternoon, their "highest-level manager" on the phone told us she couldn't help us and there apparently no one in her company we can call to resolve the problem. She said she would report the matter to another agency in Centurylink and "hope" the problem will be resolved, but when asked what if the problem doesn't get to resolved in a timely fashion what we and her company will/need to do, she's dumbfounded. This is a fraudulent case that customer is the victim. Centurylink neither acknowledges their fault then rectify the matter, nor shows they care about or are willing to help their customer.

Worst company ever!

I had them for basic land line. I called to investigate the prices for Internet and cable. I never requested for installation of anything. A couple days later I had direct tv installing a satellite and a modem mailed tO the house. I also received a bill for $150 that I never authorized. They wouldn't refund all the money owed. Not including I spent 4 hours and 29 minutes on the phone fighting with these people that bring their home life with them. I disposed my account quickly. Now they are drafting an account that doesnt exist and charging me $25 each time they try to draft. Sounds like a law suit to me. If I had the authority, this company would not exist EVER! Especially when they have worthless employees that do not care about people or their jobs. If I could, I would give them negative stars!
