The service is horrible.....my family went to put some items in their storage unit and got stuck in the elevator for 20 mins. they rang the bell yelled and did everything they could to get someones attention...so after 20 mins. the manager comes along and says that it was all our fault for not closing the doors right ......well we were coming from outside to go down to the lower level so how was it our fault.....the person that had used it must of not closed it right ....anyways if your place is as secure as it says it is ...shouldn't your have some kind of surveillance in the elevator .... DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE...THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS AWFUL AND THE EMPLOYEES ARE RUDE AS CAN BE!!!!!!

I've used Extra Space for 2 years now. One was in Colorado Springs, CO and the one I have my things now are in Palmdale, CA. The facilities have always been clean and the staff has been wonderful. They are always willing to help out. The prices always seem reasonable also. They have great gate hours. I love the fact that they have Climate Controlled units so I know that my pictures and personal items are safe from the unpredictable weather that we can have, and they get less dusty than the outside units. Plus they have a referral option where you can use a coupon for $50 off your rent when you have someone rent with them!

Really great rates for such a clean, safe storage facility. Staff is always friendly and will go that extra mile to assist you.
