I did not receive the two mylar balloons that I ordered. I was charged $20.00 for two mylar balloons. To-date, I have only received a $10.00 credit. I have phoned the #800 and have spoken with a Rep three different times. Each time, they state they have to take a message and forward the message on. No one at the #800 can resolve my issue.
THEY ARE AN ORDER GATHERER LOCATED IN CAMBRIDGE MASS.

THIS IS NOT A LOCAL FLORIST...THEY ONLY TAKE YOUR ORDER AND FOR A FEE TRANSFERS IT TO A LOCAL FLORIST WHO MAKES THE ARRANGEMENT AND DELIVERS IT. THIS COMPANY NEVER TOUCHES A FLOWER.
