Don't believe all the 5 Star ratings that seem to be posted on the same day and by an automated system to boost the overall rating. Filter through and read reviews that don't follow the exact same format from review to review. FromYouFlowers.com is the worst place to get flowers. Read other reviews to get an idea. They tout 100% Customer Satisfaction Guarantee on their website, but they really only mean 50% customer satisfaction, maybe. I ordered an arrangement that was supposed to be roses and lillies for my wife as I was out of town for 2 weeks. Lillies are her favorite flower. They were to be delivered to her office the day before I got home. I talked with her the night they were supposed to be delivered and she didn't mention receiving them, so I call their customer service. They tried calling the florist and the florist said they wouldn't get to it that day, which was already after hours. They said they could deliver the following day. Luckily, they arrived 5 minutes before she left for the weekend the next day. They originally gave me 10% off for the inconvenience, but refund the delivery fee even though they weren't delivered on time. My wife left the arrangement at work so I didn't get to see if they delivered what I had ordered. So, during the weekend, she described the flowers that didn't match what I had ordered. In fact, instead of her getting roses and lillies, she got a rose with a bunch of carnations. I certainly would never pay $60 for an arrangement of carnations. When I called the customer service to explain what she got, they offered me another 10% off what I paid and a $10 gift card for a future purchase. I told them that I wanted a full refund since they sent the wrong flowers and was late. They ended up refunding only 50% of the original cost, which was still more than what the arrangement should have cost. They did mention if I wanted the florist to come back and pick up the flowers that they would refund the full amount. Now, that seems like it would be a bit embarrassing for my wife to have the florist come to her place of employment to recover an arrangement of flowers that already look cheap. NEVER EVER USE FromYouFlowers.com to buy flowers.

ORDER NUMBER ONE from Fromyouflowers.com It was supposed to be at the delivery site by noon. Extra fee was paid. It was not delivered until 3:50 in the afternoon. The surprise was ruined as I had to ask the person receiving the flowers to please not leave her office. When they finally did deliver the flowers the delivery person knocked the flowers over dropping one of the roses and soaking the greeting card. The delivery person shrugged it off, refused to help pick up the mess, and stated, "sometimes that happens." What was offered to me was the return of the extra fee. No other consideration was offered for the damaged card or flower. ORDER NUMBER TWO....second and last chance....worse than the last order. It was supposed to be at the delivery site by 5:00 PM. I called the offices at 4:50 PM and was told the local delivery driver was 15 minutes away and would not make it on time. Once again, the surprise was ruined as I had to ask the front desk person and the recipient of the flowers to stay later than five. The recipient had to leave by 5:20 and the front desk clerk said that as of this writing the flowers had not arrived. It is now 5:46. The person I spoke to at FromYouFlowers.com stated that two florists rejected the order and you all went with a third florists who stated they didn't get the order until 2:30 PM and that was why it was late. Honestly, I do not need to hear excuses and I don't really care what logistics prevented my flowers from getting to their intended destination. I just got off a phone call from your offices stating that the flowers for the above mention order will in fact not be delivered today and that a "larger" arrangement will be delivered the next day by noon. The flowers did not make it before noon as promised and the upgrade looked like crap and wasn't even what I ordered.

Ordered a same day delivery on 2-4-2012. I sent an emailabout 8pm asking about delivery information. After 2 hours and no response from the company I called and spoke with someone who said it had been delivered but had no information about the actual delivery. Whatever that means. I checked with my daughter the person who was suppose to get the delivery and as of 10:31 pm on 2-4-2012 she has not gotten anything. I am extremely frustrated and upset. I paid the fee for same day and now it is ruined! The person to get the delivery she was home all day and I did provide her phone # on the order as well. It is a duplex and she even checked with the other tennents downstairs and nothing there either! I am very disappointed in your customer service and the fact that your company promised good service and so far that is not my experience at all. My daughter had something fantastic happen to her this morning so I decided to send flowers same day to share the experience with her, so disappointing that the services you advertise are not what you actually provide! I sent a second email asking for updated information about 11:00pm again with no response. Finally a third email was sent to customer service 2-5-2012, again asking for assistance with no response. This is a terrible company with horrible customer service.

Don't order from them! I spent over $90 on a friend's father's funeral plants and when I saw them at the funeral home I was DISAPOINTED and EMBARRASSED! I called customer service and described my complaint and the rep said no problem, we'll send another- even called me back to verify the address. Then 2 days later, after I thought it was all taken care of I get an email that "since no size was stated on my order" they decline to send another and wanted to offer me a discount for a future order. REALLY??? I will NEVER order from them again. I rarely complain publicly about companies, but this one... awful.

EXQUISITE SERVICE. Ironically, my husband sent me flowers on the same day from Fromyouflowers.com. They were beautiful and could not compare with the ones from other online florist companies I used in the past. They were just exquisite, loved the vase too! Very different
