We purchased our first home. We knew it would be difficult to pull it all together for closing due to some ugly title objectons that needed to be cleared. We were on a tight time frame to get this closed as the property would soon be sold via Sheriff Sale due to a pending forclosure. Our close friends referred us to INDEPENDENT CLOSING EXECUTIVES, INC.
