BEWARE. Very big ripoff. Rented a locked container for 6 months. Had to pay for the 2 locks (which weren't keyed the same) and then the key broke for 1 almost immediately. Ended up using our own regular padlock. Container was adequate but very dinged up and one door was VERY hard to open. With added on fees, the container cost 20% more each month than I thought I would be paying. Wasn't able to be present when they came to pick up and thus left the good lock on the container. Mobile Mini ended up charging me $50 to cut the lock off!!!! Then another $35 to sweep the container! Mobile Mini had been automatically charging my credit card all along. The final bill they didn't automatically charge, which I didn't realize, so they tried to charge late fees on top of their other ridiculous fees. They did at least take off the late fees. Would have been much cheaper to purchase a container and then sell it after I was done......next time that's what I'll do.

after reading all the reviews and looking at the web page I can see no reason to us this storage for my move to Buena Vista Co from Chicago. Thanks for all the info from all the reviews.

my nieghbor had a storage unit from them when the picked it u they where careless. I don't have a perfect front lawn but still they should not have torn it up with their truck. At least they could have raked it flat so I don't have a huge tire hole in my front yard.

I wanted to rent a pod from this company. I called and called them and didn't get a live person, just a voice mail. I left messages and no one returned my calls. What a terrible company. They just don't care enough. I'm surprised that they have survived the economy. By the way, I dealt with the SLC UT location. Given the ratings and negative feedback that has been given about this company, I find it ironic that suddenly in a one or two day time frame that someone puts in 5 star glowing reviews. What do you want to bet that someone that works at the company got on here and tried to up their star rating by giving 5 star reviews? This company is terrible to do business with and I do not in any way recommend them.

I was looking for to buy a container and called to ask for a quote and nobody seemed to be motivated to talk to me. I talked to three different people all together. After I asked for the opening hours and found out that they are open only from Mo-Fr I requested an appointment for Saturday to look at some containers. In a rude way the guy said: " I am just making 50 Bucks with it. It is not worth to come out here on a Saturday", and hung up the phone. Congratulations! You made it on my personal black list and I will never call you and ask for a price again.
