Called them on a Sunday. The man came out that same afternoon. He was a great guy - he showed me a list of their fees - they have a flat fee schedule and NO OVERTIME RATES FOR NIGHTS OR WEEKENDS. Holy moly - how can you beat that? He did an awesome job of repairing our drain and cleaned up the entire mess. He even sent us a "Thank you" card a few days later. Totally awesome. Will definitely use them in the future and will recommend them to others.
