My son went to work for this company on 11/2/09. Has not been paid for the training. They wont take his time sheet. This is no way to run a business. The department of Labor has been apprised of this situation, I see audits in their future. Lynn Jenkins better pay attention.

I was one of the people who waited until the last second to go digital (when my tv cut off). I called and spoke with a sales agent, who was extremely professional and knowledgeable. He was very curteous, and fully explained every inch of detail involved with signing up for new service. Every charge was fully disclosed, and the technician was extremely helpful during the installation. The customer service was so phenomenal, I am a Satellite Country customer for life. I know my sales agent is always there for any issues I could possibly have, plus I get $50 each time I send a friend to them! I know my friends and I won't be going anywhere else for my satellite TV/ internet needs. Especially if we want to talk to someone we can understand. Thank you Satellite Country!

Great Customer Service - before and after the install

I called around a few places looking for satellite service and I got a bunch of people who didn't exactly speak English as a first language, until I found these guys. I spoke with a rep named Michael who was very knowledgable. I had just bought an HDTV and didn't know where to start. Michael was extremely helpful in simplifying everything, he explained about how the TV would work with the HD service. (It isn't confusing anymore) I got installed quicker than I had expected and he was there for questions after the install. Overall I couldn't have asked for a better experience. I'd ask for Micheal just to be on the safeside though...

Run in the opposite direction.

Numerous problems setting up service. Extra fees charged that weren't disclosed. Poor customer service.
