my wool had pet stains and smelled, and after sending carpet to service masters and as i am elderly am una paying 75 dollars the carpet still smells and still has stains. i called them and they said they shampood twice. they refused to try to clean again. so..... i tried oxi- clean on one spot and the filth disappeared on the spot..i am too old to haul the 9x12 outside and would not be able to dry rug in this weather. i feel they should return 50 dollars so i can hire some one else to clean entire carpet with my oxi-clean. p.s. they lost my rug over a month somewhere on their premises and i remained calm until it was found. i personly do not think it was ever shampoed. no stars for service masters of horseheads!!!!!!!!!!! j.m.b.
