the people are rude...treated me like i was a second class citizen who was not smart. i asked a question and he says, "well there is a chart right here" and did not hide his annoyance with my single question about what type of deck stain he recommended. not what i need when there are other choices for paint retailers.

After letting me know how unhappy he was with my returning wallpaper I bought and selecting a new one, the manager at the store charged me a "delivery fee" when the replacement paper arrived. This was after I had paid a hefty "restocking " fee. Needless to say, I am never buying ANYTHING from Sherwin-Williams again.

I have been a painting contractor in Napa Valley for over 20 years. I have always bought S & W paints for my projects. Quality work and quality paint equals a first class job. Believe me I know.

I was looking to get some neon colors for my daughters room ,, I found a store called and called , phone number was to a fax,, very frustrating i didnt want to go all the way to the store if I was going to have to order it , could do that at my own home town hardware store,, I called a store rep. for sherwin williams ,, what a joke she didnt know her head from a hole in the wall!! gave me the same phone # to the fax even though I told her it was not the phone #, her anwser,, " well I dont know what else to tell you " what a joke ,, you call that customer service!! It really ticks me off that customers service means nothing anymore,, needless to say they just lost a customer who is remodeling there home one room at a time ,and its all going to need paint and wall paper and I would not give Sherwin-Williams any of my business,, making this decision only on my phone conversation with that first idiot,,,

NOT ONLY IS THEIR PAINT OVERPRICED, IT IS HORRIBLE TO WORK WITH. THEIR EMPLOYEES HAVE LITTLE KNOWLEDGE AND COULD CARE LESS.
