I never thought I would have such a terrible experience with a storage unit, but I was wrong. From day 1 the service was sub-par, not getting my name right or explaining the way they do things. The way they bill you is the most bizzare system I've ever encountered and bills are sent out on the 7th for the NEXT MONTH. One month they did not send me my bill and charged me for a late fee next month. Then, upon moving out and giving 10 days noticed, they told me they would not refund me for the next month, so I'm paying for an empty storage unit for a whole month. Bottom line, when looking for a place to store things, look elsewhere.
