Impressive Service - I was impressed at the politeness and knowledge these people project. From beginning to finish I was comfortable and knew what was going on. I didnt have to wait 2 weeks for an appointment like the geekssquad wanted me to wait. I will definitely call again if my PC has problems.

I am pleased at the sevice level I received from this company. They handled my concerns promptly and fixed my computer the next morning from when I called. Overall I am one happy camper.

After using their service I was very happy with the results. I needed help and they did the job. My laptop was having tons of popups that wouldn't let me work. Now my computer is working the way it should be.

After having bad experiences with other Tech business in my area I called these guys. After speaking to a delightful fellow on the phone who was able to get to the heart of my problem he sent a young man in my area over in the evening and he was done in an hour. The prices are unbelievably reasonable and the techs seem to be motivated to get the job done in the shortest amount of time therefore not charging me for wasted time that other less reputable business would. Would I recommend them?, yes...too my mother or anyone who needed reliable and honest computer help.

After reading all of the positive reviews on this company, I thought that calling this palce was a good idea. I was wrong. Not only was the man on the phone rude, but talked to me like I was wasting his time. Every time I tried to explain something to him, he interrupted and yelled at me because my internet connection was not fast enough for him to have me do what needed to be done. After several minutes of listening to him talk about how messed up my computer was, and how badly the last guy "screwed it up" (no duh...that's why I called you), he finally just told me "there's nothing I can do for you", and advised me to "call back when you have a better internet connection". I asked what he recommended as far as trying to get the issue resolved, and he stated that he did not know, but he did know that he could not help me out. Very rude, brash, short, and acted like "How dare you bother me with your problems"....I will NEVER call them again, nor will I recommend them to anyone.
