the 49'r is a fun spot to go once a year on a dive bar run. The food is typical (but good) bar food and the atmosphere is just what you would expect from an old midtown venue.

I always get a little irritated when a bar ends up in the restaurant reviews. Then to make matters worse, someone on the staff leavs a glowing review of the place as if it actually is a five star restauant. Well, sorry Charlie. I like the 49 for drinks but come on... dinner?

I had them com and clean my windowc outside only and they did a crap job and charged me 250 dollars for 13 first store windows.Call a window cleaning company 80.00 Dollars and they did 100% better job and I didnt have to sit here for 3 hours

The maids services is horrible…. They barely cleaned…. I was lucky if they did my floors…. And they would rush, they never spent more than ½ a hr at my house…which you can’t clean any house in ½ a hr..…. Never cleaned anything… they would act like they were…It was a waste of my money….

The cleaning service is a francised based service and the one I used in the Denver area is not very good. They were more expensive because the woman I spoke to said they send in a team of cleaners and I thought they would do a better job. Well they didn't. I called the home office and all they would do would give me the francise owners number - but they wouldn't do anything to take care of the problem. Save some money - go with someone else, they couldn't be any worse.
