I called them and gave my mastercard, they then came out and appraised my house and delivered the completed quality appraisal back to me within 3 days. Fast & Good...

These guys are the same as K St. Appraisals. They pass themselves off as local and hire local appraisers. They are middle men who take a big cut of the appraiser fees for doing little or nothing. Do not use. Hire locally!!!!

If I could give no stars I would. Fee goes on your credit card before an appriser even contacts you. I had to call when I had not heard from an appraiser two days after I was charged. Then the appraiser arrived late and I did not get the report in 24 - 48 hours as promised. In fact, it has been a week and I still have not recieved the report. I have had to call everyday asking for my report and every day there has been a different excuse as to why I haven't and a promise of when I would get it. I hope you are wiser then me and find someone local.
