Waste of time

Been an excellent customer for 11 years, 2 of which were under my name while 9 under my wife. Switched over to my name because TWC wanted to jack up our price after a promotion fell off. I cancelled the service under my wife's name and put into my name to get the new customer discount because they wouldn't give it to her. They sent two people (1 to install & 1 to unistall) the services on the same day and when all was said and done we were paying the same thing with enhanced services. We went from basic cable and a slow road runner to digital cable and the fastest road runner and paid the same price. Too much work in my eyes to try to save money. Now that my plan is up we are cancelling our cable and going online with netflix because it's a lot cheaper than dealing with stupidity everytime you call TWC. Definitely not worth the hassle of dealing with them.
