Keep away. If the previous reviews (except for the obviously planted positive review) haven't dissuaded you, I'll just add saying that my experience is precisely the same--ask to be paid in advance, horrible service (I'm not sure they ever gave even one treatment), --always an excuse why the weather's not right, etc--and that's when you can get them to respond), little or no response to calls or e-mails, and...well, need I go on? I kick myself for not having read these reviews ahead of time, a lesson in stupidity for me. Don't make the same mistake!

TruGreen does a totally awesome job on amy lawn and my Trees/ shrubs. If you are ever looking for the best call them. TruGreen knows how to put their customers first.

I started TruGreen early in the year because my 1/2 acre was so full of water grass, weeds, and grubs that it looked terrible. The person who has been coming out has on occasion been outright rude and insolent to my wife, and I have complained to his manager. After this I began seeing rodent tracks in my lawn that in the 55 years that my parents and I have lived here have never seen this type of rodent in my yard. I can't prove this accusation, but it seems too suspicious and coincidental that this damage is occurring now after I began with TruGreen and that besides killing weeds they also advertise they perform pest control. The test of truth is; does it make sense? This is what I believe has happened: They planted the rodent(s) for more business. - Peoria, IL.

Trugreen was the worst! i ended up going with a smaller, friendlier company by the name of Greener Solutions. I didnt realize how bad trugreen was until I had their services
