Without a doubt the worst customer service of any company I've ever purchased products from. This company must have been sold recently. Either that's the case, or the people who left good reviews were extremely lucky! My situation/story's too long to include in this format, but I'll just say that the people I talked with including the manager, Nasser, are rude, unhelpful, combative and know absolutely nothing about decent customer service. I recommend purchasing a computer, or computer products from anyone other than this company, even if you have to pay more. We get what we pay for, and that's obvious with this company. Cheap means cheap in every sense of the word!

If you buy a computer from Vision Computers hope you never have to format your hard drive and reinstall windows. The drivers that are on the Windows XP disc DO NOT work with the plug n play devices that are installed on their mother boards, especially the ethernet plug. Afterwards, you are unable to go online to update said drivers. Their computer’s security infrastructure is terrible. You can install virus protection programs that remove viruses but there is nothing there to keep you from getting viruses. Bottom line, if you want to have to keep purchasing computer’s or keep having to repair your computer then this is the cheap away to go. If you want to have a computer that will last, pay the extra for a name brand computer. One very unsatisfied IT of a customer

I have used machines from Vision Computers for many years. Although not the cheapest computers available, each Vision machine I have bought has provided exceptional value: fast, reliable, durable. I had a power supply go out in one computer; I took it in for warranty service and it was diagnosed, repaired, and ready for me to pick up within three hours. For my money, there is no better value in computer hardware than a Vision-built desktop.

I got my first personal computer in 1978, so I think I can call myself an old hand, I think. (I'm 67, so if I'm not an old hand, I'm and old guy, for sure.) I've owned perhaps 50-odd computers. Installed hundreds for clients. When my Dell laptop starting dying (just past the warranty date), I got little help from Dell. Their advice was, keep replacing parts until it starts working again. At the $600 mark, I stopped. I did some research and decided to take a chance on Vision. Decided to switch to a desktop, since I'm now semi-retired and rarely travel. The sales rep, Ruby Dunlap, spent -- no exaggeration -- nearly 2 hours on the phone with me, configuring the system. I wanted a really heavy-duty box with a lot of stuff hanging on it. She offered to obtain a number of components that were totally non-standard, from outside suppliers. They installed them at no extra charge. She also saved me money by doing research on her own, to find best price-to-performance options. It's the fastest, most reliable, most thoroughly satisfying computer I've ever owned -- and I bought a few, before I retired, when money was no object. I had two issues that support helped me on. One was a cable connection that came loose in shipment. Fixed in about 10 minutes, with expert guidance, in real time, from support. The other was with a component from an outside supplier. Got it fixed, too. Just took longer. They called the supplier on my behalf to find some solutions. Nice thing about Vision: They don't blame the other supplier. You don't find yourself in the middle. They put themselves in the middle and sort it out for you. I would recommend Vision without reservation.

We have been purchasing computers from Vision for more than 10 years, they are ALWAYS helpful, getting me the right product for the best price. Our company (Pisconeri Studio) provides high end photography, advertising and graphics, and the computers from Vision have always exceeded our 'power user' needs at a great price. If our computers ever need service (very little service needed, they are built right the first time), or tech support they are helpful, quick and courteous. We have never been disappointed. They are simply the BEST.
