MY STORY - - My Yellowpage.com experience started in December of 2007. The sales reps who visited me REALLY pumped up the sales pitch about how I would get "LOTS of hits & phone calls every month..." from the Yellowpages.com ads....which they would track and give me reports on. When I asked about page views they said "...oh yes, you will get quite a few of those every week plus... the phone calls will be tracked daily and all this will be on a Monthly Report that you will receive each month."

I have received only one report in 5 months and it was terrible!!! :( After complaining I got another report that just mirrored the last one.

- The sales ladies then pulled out a couple full color charts with graphs to "prove" that I will be getting this activity and promised me that, "...your advertising with us will certainly pay for itself and your monthly reports back to you will prove it!" - \u00a0(I only got one report in 5 months, and that only after I asked for it)

This entry or posting will probably be removed quickly, after all they don't want anyone to see any honest remarks or comments about their lousy performance or ad results.

What do I personally want....? - I want my money back for the past 5 months of failure to deliver by yellowpages.com marketing, and I want out of the remainder of my contract.

See me at www.ATT-Yellowpages.us - Donald J. I ran a large full-color yellow page print ad for a year and got 3 phone calls the whole year. To get the best rate, I had to buy advertising on yellowpages.com as well. If you don't call them to cancel your ad, then they keep running it and billing you for it. This wouldn't have been so bad but since their monthly charge was on my regular phone bill, when I canceled my business phone and paid everything off, I thought that included my online ad at Yellow Pages.com. They then said that they sent me monthly bills separately for this online ad but they sent them to my address with the unit number off by one number. Mine was 11 and they sent it to 1. I never got any of these bills so I didn't know I was still being billed for this service or of course I would have cancelled it. Six months later, I got a notice from a collection agency that I owed $196. It too was sent to Apt. 1 but for some reason the postman put it into my mailbox this time--Apt. 11. This is now on my credit report and when I called to complain they said they had no other way to reach me since I canceled my business phone even though all the bills from the print ads had come to the right address at Apt. 11. They will not adjust the bill even though this was their error! I would warn everyone ever thinking about advertising with AT&T Yellow Pages NOT TO DO IT. They are really awful!!

This company allows no removal of abusive reviews. I can tolerate a "true" bad review, but not an "abusive" review. I consider the review on my company "abusive" because it was from a customer caught stealing who's membership was terminated. There were witnesses etc that are available. If it was a "he said/she said" review I could consider it worthwhile. Also, their billing department leaves a lot to be desired. My wife tried to have 2 seperate billing issues resolved with yellow pages. It took over six months before either was finally corrected.
